BRUSSELS BRUSSELS, May 16 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan held talks with NATO Secretary General George Robertson in NATO headquarters in Brussels on Wednesday. After the talks, the Croatian Prime Minister will speak
before the NATO Permanent Council on Croatia's attempts to join NATO. Croatia expects to join the Membership Action Plan, programme for countries aspiring for membership in NATO, by the end of this year. Joining the MAP includes the adjustment of standards and criteria with NATO member countries in politics, economy, judiciary, security and military. The MAP includes Albania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Macedonia, Slovakia and Slovenia. After the talks, the Croatian Prime Minister will speak before the
