ZAGREB, March 27 (Hina) - The Croatian Armed Forces Chief-of-Staff, General Petar Stipetic, on Tuesday afternoon left Zagreb's office of the Hague war crimes tribunal, at the end of the first day of his testimony before Hague
officials investigating crimes committed during the 'Flash' and 'Storm' operations and in the central Medak Pocket area. Stipetic arrived at the ICTY headquarters in Zagreb on Tuesday morning for the first of the two days during which he is expected to give his testimony. Today, Stipetic testified in two turns. Stipetic told reporters this weekend that he would testify before ICTY investigators as a suspect in alleged war crimes committed in the Medak Pocket area and during the 'Flash' and 'Storm' operations. Reporters, who waited in front of Zagreb's ICTY headquarters during Stipetic's testimony, did not obtain any official information on the testimony either from the ICTY office

Stipetic told reporters this weekend that he would testify before

Reporters, who waited in front of Zagreb's ICTY headquarters during
Stipetic's testimony, did not obtain any official information on
the testimony either from the ICTY office or from the Croatian
government's office for cooperation with the ICTY.
Stipetic himself gave no statements upon his arrival at the ICTY
headquarters.
