ZAGREB, March 14 (Hina) - Representatives of the government's Office for Detained and Missing Persons on Wednesday welcomed Nikola Kunac of Vukovar, who was listed as a missing person since November 1991, at an eastern
Croatian-Yugoslav border crossing. According to a statement from the Office, it was confirmed last December that Kunac was staying at a psychiatric hospital in Vrsac, Yugoslavia. In cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the Office organised a visit to Kunac, got his family in touch with him, and organised his transfer to Croatia.(hina) ha
