ZAGREB, March 13 (Hina) - The European Commission's Delegation in Croatia presented the first issue of its bulletin in Zagreb on Tuesday evening. The EC Delegation Bulletin will be issued every two months in Croatian and English, with
reports on EC activities in Croatia and events related to the process of Croatia's drawing closer to the EU as well as the EU policy and institutions. The bulletin is intended for the general public and those who shape the public opinion in Croatia, in particular institutions and organisations involved in the process of Croatia's integration in the EU, the head of the EC Delegation in Croatia, Ambassador Per Vinther, said at the presentation at Zagreb's Bogdan Ogrizovic Library, which houses the EU Information Centre. Croatian and English, with reports on EC activities in Croatia and
events related to the process of Croatia's drawing closer to the EU
as well as the EU policy and institutions.
The bulletin is intended for the general public and those who shape
the public opinion in Croatia, in particular institutions and
organisations involved in the process of Croatia's integration in
the EU, the head of the EC Delegation in Croatia, Ambassador Per

Vinther commended the results of the Croatian government's efforts
to draw closer to the EU and announced that a Stabilisation and
Association Agreement between Croatia and the EU would most
probably be initialled this May.
Vinther said the EU supported the European orientation of the
Croatian government and its efforts in the economic field under
very difficult circumstances, as well as its stabiliser role in the
region.
The EU official believes the bulletin will contribute to improving
the understanding of activities related to Croatia's rapprochement
with the EU.
