Tomislav Mercep, said the rally would be held regardless of whether
Norac's whereabouts was made known or not. "We have not met only for
Norac's sake but for the sake of all people who are now paying for
their participation in the Homeland War and suffering the
consequences of a situation in which no one in sleeping
peacefully," Mercep said.
