BELGRADE, Nov 13 (Hina) - The Serbian government on Thursday
proposed that the acting president of Serbia, Natasa Micic,
dissolve the parliament and call extraordinary parliamentary
elections for December 28. #L#
Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Zivkovic told reporters after a
government session he hoped Micic would call elections today and
that the parliament should be dissolved "because it is no longer
able to adopt laws and implement reforms".
Zivkovic could not say if the elections would be called for December
28 because that decision, although proposed by the government,
depends on the acting Serbian president.
