The agreements regulate relations in the areas of education,
culture and spiritual guidance for believers in prisons,
correctional institutions, hospitals and social welfare
institutions.
Once the agreements are signed, Croatia will have six agreements
regulating relations with 15 churches and religious communities,
not including the Catholic Church.
Franjo Dubrovnic, the secretary of the government's commission for
relations with religious communities, said that no other European
country had relations regulated by agreements with that many
churches and religious communities.
