Stepinac. Mass was celebrated by military bishop Juraj Jezerinac.
MARIJA BISTRICA, Oct 5 (Hina) - Croatia's Catholic soldiers and
police went on the 11th pilgrimage at the Marija Bistrica national
Marian shrine on Sunday, beginning with a march into the open air
church of the blessed Alojzije Stepinac. Mass was celebrated by
military bishop Juraj Jezerinac. #L#
Welcoming the present, Msgr. Jezerinac called on them to "pray in
particular for our killed soldiers and the first supreme commander
of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia, Franjo Tudjman, who
are the creators of Croatia".
In the sermon in which he spoke about family, Jezerinac said, among
other things, that family in Croatia today was exposed to many
dangers, such as atheisation.
