LJUBLJANA, April 11 (Hina) - Croatian Armed Forces Chief-of-Staff Josip Lucic and his Slovene counterpart, Ladislav Lipic, met in Ljubljana on Friday to discuss strengthening and deepening military cooperation in line with a recently
signed agreement between Croatia and Slovenia.

Josip Lucic and his Slovene counterpart, Ladislav Lipic, met in
Ljubljana on Friday to discuss strengthening and deepening
military cooperation in line with a recently signed agreement
between Croatia and Slovenia. #L#
The two told reporters after the talks that they had agreed to
establish direct connections between the two armies' command
centres. Slovene soldiers will be allowed to use Croatian training
grounds for joint manoeuvres as part of preparations for entry into
NATO.
