RIJEKA NOT UNLAWFUL - POLICE SPOKESWOMANRIJEKA, Oct 15 (Hina) - Small posters reading "Slovenes, Enough!",which appeared at several places in the northern Adriatic seaport ofRijeka on Thursday, do not provide grounds for pressing
charges,Primorje-Gorski Kotar County Police spokeswoman Mirjana Kulas said onFriday.
RIJEKA, Oct 15 (Hina) - Small posters reading "Slovenes, Enough!",
which appeared at several places in the northern Adriatic seaport of Rijeka on
Thursday, do not provide grounds for pressing charges, Primorje-Gorski Kotar
County Police spokeswoman Mirjana Kulas said on Friday.She said the posters, which listed outstanding issues between Croatia
and Slovenia, were removed.
The posters called on Croatian citizens not to buy Slovene goods with
the question, "Why give them money when they don't respect us?".
The posters were authored by the "Movement for the Sobering of
Euro-Balkan Neighbours".
