The attackers threatened her and her family, saying this had been only
a warning, and that the whole family would be murdered if the man
indicted for the Djindjic assassination, Milorad Ulemek aka Legija,
was convicted.
Beta news agency reported that Djindjic's sister was not in life
danger but that she was very scared, having been psychologically
abused.
A few days ago the attorney representing Djindjic's mother, Radivoje
Paunovic, informed the police that unidentified persons had threatened
the late PM's mother and sister, after which Serbian PM Vojislav
Kostunica and Interior Minister Dragan Jocic pledged full protection.
