The event, which is taking place in Zagreb, began on Friday and will
end on Sunday.
The HBK organised the event to contribute to marking the Central
European Catholic Day, and central celebrations of this event will
take place in the Austrian shrine of Mariazell from 21 to 23 May.
The chairman of the HBK and Zagreb Archbishop, Cardinal Josip Bozanic,
said on Friday that the Church in Croatia was aware of the importance
of the family in society. In this context, he recalled last year's
visit of Pope John Paul II to Croatia which was organised under the
slogan "Family - the Way of the Church and People".
