SARAJEVO, April 17 (Hina) - The Sarajevo police arrested a war crimes
suspect, while they were trying to catch a group of burglars who
recently broke into several houses and flats in the Bosnian capital.#L#
The police on Thursday nabbed two men who were believed to have broken
into a flat a day before. Later they searched flats which the burglars
used and in one of them they found Boro Krsmanovic, for whose arrest
the Office of the Prosecutor in Sarajevo Canton issued a warrant in
2001 on suspicion that he had committed war crimes against civilians
in 1990s.
Krasmanovic was born in 1952 in Backa Topola, Serbia.
