branch in Zadar, said on Thursday.#L#
Maric said the reason for their decision was the impossibility to
implement party ideas and programmes, imputation and campaigns
against the branch and conflicts with the party's presidency in Zadar
County.
In addition, about 40 members of the local youth section of the Social
Liberals joined the DC for the same reason.
The HSLS and the DC constitute one club of deputies in the Croatian
parliament, and they ran together as coalition partners in the
November 2003 parliamentary elections.
