in Zagreb on Tuesday.#L#
The book, entitled "Istina o zlo~inima u selima Cetinske krajine
1944.", was published by Razlog whose owner, Stipe Suvar, spoke at the
presentation.
In the book the author puts the blame for the slaughters in southern
Croatia's Cetinska krajina in 1944 on the Ustasha and the Catholic
Church.
Suvar said the residents of Dolac Donji claimed their fellow villagers
were killed by the partisans and the Chetniks but that this was not
true as the blame for the crimes lay with "the Ustasha and the
Church".
The author was born in Vostani near Sinj. He is now retired and lives
in Slovenia.
