The dialogue with Belgrade should resume as it is one of the standards
Kosovo should meet, Jiang said, adding that no notice had arrived from
Belgrade that it was rejecting the talks.
"We have not received any invitation or any information on the
resumption of the dialogue on 1 April. Therefore I do not believe that
the dialogue will continue on 1 April," said Pranvera Dobruna, the
Kosovo government's coordinator of a working group in charge of power
supply issues.
The dialogue with Belgrade began on 4 March in Pristina when working
groups from Belgrade and Kosovo met to discuss power supply issues and
missing persons. Another two working groups, responsible for talks in
the sector of telecommunications and the return of the displaced have
not yet held their first meetings.
