ZAGREB, Feb 15 (Hina) - Polling stations at Sunday's elections for minority councils and minority representatives in counties, towns and municipalities were opened on time and the voting is proceeding in a tolerant and democratic
atmosphere, with respect for election rights, but the turnout is very low, the non-governmental election-monitoring association GONG has reported.

minority councils and minority representatives in counties, towns and
municipalities were opened on time and the voting is proceeding in a
tolerant and democratic atmosphere, with respect for election rights,
but the turnout is very low, the non-governmental election-monitoring

All polling stations were opened on time, except for the polling
station in Drnis, which was opened at 7:20 hours due to technical
reasons.
There were no reports of violations of the media blackout.
The elections are monitored by 99 GONG activists in 48 mobile teams,
which by 10:00 hours visited 140 polling stations.
