Addressing a news conference in the national parliament, Srb said that the protest was a result of months-long neglecting of state sovereignty as Serbian prosecutorial authorities were allowed to conduct investigations on Croatia's soil, which he said triggered off outrage among veterans.
According to the HSP leader, it is unacceptable that Croatia has not yet sent a diplomatic note to Serbia or withdrawn its ambassador from Belgrade over the case of Croatian war veteran Tihomir Purda, who was arrested in Bosnia on an international warrant issued by Serbia where he is wanted for alleged war crimes.
