ZAGREB, April 13 (Hina) - The parliamentary commission of inquiry
expected to establish if Zlatko Tomcic and Radimir Cacic abused their previous
offices of parliament speaker and construction minister respectively did not
determine on Wednesday if Cacic had ownership shares in Coning Holding
companies. The commission processed documents submitted by
Varazdin's Commercial Court in connection with Coneco, a company set up by
Coning Holding. Cacic was the holding's CEO and his wife Marija his deputy.
As with the previous Coning Holding companies it checked, the
commission failed to find data which would indicate that Cacic owned shares in
Coneco.
Due to the extensive documents, the commission agreed it would ask
parliament for another three months to complete its work.
