Racan told reporters after a session of the Committee on Monday that the Committee discussed a strategy for institutions of authority regarding the job of providing the public with information and ways to promptly deny misinformation about Croatia's entry into the EU.
He added that in that segment he was still not satisfied.
The Committee and media representatives who attended the second part of today's session discussed models for offering timely information to the public about integration processes and the benefits and drawbacks of the country's entry into the European bloc.
According to Racan, the Committee also adopted a document defining its role once Croatia's membership talks start.
