"If Montenegro gains independence, the Croatian Embassy would be in Podgorica, while the consulate would stay in Kotor. If the issue of Montenegro's independence is postponed, the consulate will move to Podgorica, while in Kotor there would remain an office providing services for all citizens of Croat nationality and others," Skaric said after meeting Herceg Novi Mayor Dejan Mandic on Monday.
