ZADAR, July 29 (Hina) - Local police removed a flag of the Republic of Serbia from the bell tower of an Orthodox church in the village of Karin Donji in the hinterland of the Croatian coastal city of Zadar on Saturday evening.

Republic of Serbia from the bell tower of an Orthodox church in the village of
Karin Donji in the hinterland of the Croatian coastal city of Zadar on Saturday
evening. According to the police, they received a call about the
Serbian flag on the local church at 17:56 hrs Friday. The police said that the
flag was legal but that it had been hoisted at a place where it was not allowed
to display flags.
The police described this as a minor offence. The perpetrator is still
unknown.
An investigation is under way.
