Speaking to reporters after talks with the European Union envoy for the referendum, Miroslav Lajcak, Kostunica said that a dissolution of the state union would not be a particular problem because in that case, under the Serbia and Montenegro State Union Charter, Serbia would succeed to all of the union's international rights and obligations.
