"The Dayton agreement did an injustice and fragmented the Croat community in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Should anyone sign any constitutional changes that would be unjust to the Croats, I will stand up and call on the people to fight against the injustice regardless of who may be the signatory," Puljic said on Sunday in the village of Cerin near Citluk, about 20 kilometres southwest of Mostar, where he launched a humanitarian drive.
"No one should sign on behalf of my people any changes that would be contrary to the interests of the Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina," the cardinal stressed.
