MOSTAR/TRAVNIK, Feb 20 (Hina) - Three Bosnian Muslims from Bugojno on Monday confessed to last week's killing of Ilija Suta, a Croat returnee to the central Bosnian town, the cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Travnik said.

Suta was found dead in his family house in Bugojno on February 15, with signs of torture on his body and head. The killing upset the Croat community in central Bosnia.

Police arrested the three Bosniaks suspected of the murder, Adnan Subasic, Elvedin Dautbegovic, and Ermin Bevrnja, last week.

Since the end of the war in the mid-1990s, eight returnee Croats have been killed in Central Bosnia Canton. The perpetrators have not been found.
