ZAGREB/TOKYO, March 7 (Hina) - Croatian Science, Education and SportsMinister Dragan Primorac, who is on an official visit to Japan from 5to 9 March, on Tuesday held talks with his Japanese counterpart KenjiKosaka on the enhancement
of bilateral cooperation in science,education and technology, the Croatian Science and Education Ministrystated in a press release.
ZAGREB/TOKYO, March 7 (Hina) - Croatian Science, Education and
Sports Minister Dragan Primorac, who is on an official visit to Japan from 5 to
9 March, on Tuesday held talks with his Japanese counterpart Kenji Kosaka on
the enhancement of bilateral cooperation in science, education and technology,
the Croatian Science and Education Ministry stated in a press release. Also on Tuesday, Primorac and Ono Motoyuki, the chairman of the Japanese
Science Promotion Agency signed a letter of intent on preparing joint research
projects and specialised seminars. The agency is a major Japanese institution
for financing research projects and promoting international cooperation with an
annual budget of about USD 1.5 billion.
Primorac also held talks with other Japanese officials including, Iwao
Matsuda, the Minister of State for Science and Technology Policy.
