"It is not true that the Croatian Government dos not want to make public the said agreement. It is also not true that the MOL has sent the necessary approval to the government for the publication," the ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
The ministry explains that MOL has forwarded information about a preliminary consent with clearly defined restrictions in connection with possible publication of the text of the agreement in its entirety.
In addition, this Hungarian company also shifts all responsibility to the government for possible damage to be done to third parties with the publication of the agreement.
The government now cannon accept such restrictions and as soon as it receives from MOL its full consent, the government will make the agreement available to the public, the ministry says.
