The Bosnians said that sustainable return of refugees and displaced persons was still obstructed, adding that the Dayton Constitution was unjust and discriminating against some peoples and national minorities.
They underlined it was necessary to adopt a new constitutional arrangement until Bosnia signed a Stabilisation and Association agreement with the European Union.
Mesic reiterated that constituency and equality of all three peoples in Bosnia was critical, stressing the importance of Bosnia's functioning as an integral, European and democratic state.
