Many media organisations briefly stopped work at 11.55 hours for trade union representatives to read out a proclamation bringing the attention of employers, relevant state institutions and the public to deteriorating working conditions in the media, both in large media organisations owned by foreign companies or the state and in small ones where journalists are exposed to additional pressure from local power brokers.
