Ramljak and Kedzo are to succeed Irena Vuksanovic and Nebojsa Gladovic, whose terms expire on April 30.
Ramljak's candidacy was supported unanimously, but opposition members of the Committee abstained during a vote on Kedzo's appointment.
The president of the Croatian Journalists Association, Dragutin Lucic, wanted to know if it was true that Kedzo had worked in an intelligence agency as speculated by journalist circles.
Assistant Culture Minister Ante Mandaric said that he had no such information, while Committee chairwoman Zeljka Antunovic said that Kedzo stated in his biography that he used to work for the Defence Ministry's military analysis department.
