During a pre-election rally of his SNSD party in Srebrenica, Dodik said in his speech, cited on the party's web site on Saturday, that there had been no genocide in that eastern town as "many Bosniaks moved from Srebrenica to Tuzla and other towns".
The International Court of Justice ruled that genocide had been committed against local Bosnian Muslims when Srebrenica fell into the hand of Bosnian Serbs in July 1995.
At that rally Dodik again played with the idea of the Serb entity's secession from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"We (the entity's parliament) adopted the referendum law, and a referendum on independence will be held when I say that time has come for that," said Dodik.
Dodik's speech was harsly criticised by the coaltion of two Craot parties ion Bosnia -- HDZ 1990-HSP BiH as hate rhetoric.
