After its three-day regular annual assembly in Zagreb, the Croatian World Congress on Thursday said that in Croatia there were no institutions competent to tackle problems of the Diaspora.
This umbrella association of Croatian emigrants also urged comprehensive assistance to be offered to Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina so that they may exercise their rights. According to the HSK, Croats' rights in that country are restricted or denied.
The HSK also described as unfair the recent ruling of the International Court of Justice regarding Bosnia's genocide lawsuit against Serbia and Montenegro.
