The statement, signed by SDF president Veljko Djakula, said that the process of providing housing for Serb returnees was slow and that their houses were "completely unsuitable and inadequate to live in" and that they lacked the bare necessities for a decent life.
"The Serb Democratic Forum is closely following the process of providing housing for Serb returnees and its 15 field offices have recorded over 40 cases where inadequate housing was provided for Serb returnees in western Slavonia, Banija, Kordun, Lika, and Dalmatia," the statement said.
