The project was officially closed at a ceremony on Wednesday in Croatia's Ministry of the Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship.
"The objective of this 20-month project financed by the European Union in the amount of 950,000 Euro (7,058,500 kuna) was to achieve a high level of consumer protection in Croatia, protecting health, safety and the economic interests of consumers," the delegation of the European Commission in Croatia reported on its website..
This project was the first of its kind in the area of consumer protection in Croatia.
