Commenting on the government's decision to withdraw its draft from parliamentary procedure, the party said that this disorientation of the government could cause further problems.
The party said that the number of required signatures to call the referendum was collected in accordance with the law and that a possible decision by the ruling coalition that the referendum cannot be held or that its organisation is unnecessary is against the constitution, the Labour Party said in a statement.
The party holds that it is only the organising committee in charge of collecting of signatures that can possibly decide on abandoning the idea of referendum
