"I am pleased to extend You and citizens of the Republic of Croatia my sincere congratulations on the occasion of Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day, the day of the greatest Croatian military victory in the Homeland Defence War, when you in the best way showed how the homeland and values of the free democratic world are defended," Komsic said in his note on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Croatian military and police Operation Storm.
With their entry into the European family of nations, Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina, will enhance their good-neighbourly and friendly relations and their joint life in the democratic Europe, reads Komsic's message.
In the past, the Bosnian collective presidency's Serb member, Nebojsa Radmanovic, criticised Komsic's congratulatory notes on the occasion of the anniversary of Operation Storm, because, he said, a large number of Serbs were murdered or persecuted in that operation.
