The court-appointed receiver, Darko Sket, informed the minister of a plan for the company's recovery from receivership, the county authorities said in a statement.
During the last few months some 700 workers were regularly paid their monthly salaries and other liabilities were met, the statement said.
Sket said that he was opposed to the sale of segments of the company, and added that Pevec should be given a chance for recovery as it had managed to regain the confidence of distributors.
