PM Sanader tells HDZ secretariat to sell BMW

ZAGREB, March 28 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader has ordered his Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) secretariat to initiate the procedure for the sale of the party's BMW car in a bid to prevent attempts to belittle the government's endeavours to fend off the economic crisis through the revision of the state budget and savings and economies as well as in a bid to stop tendentious, ill-intentioned and false comments on the HDZ, the government's public relations office said in a statement on Saturday.
