Parvanov said Bulgaria strongly supported Croatia on its road towards the European Union and believed that the border dispute with Slovenia would not slow down Croatia's admission to the European bloc.
Mesic and Parvanov expressed satisfaction with good relations between their two countries and called for the intensification of the bilateral economic cooperation particularly in the energy, road construction, tourism and food production sectors.
Mesic and Turkish President Gul talked about the situation in the region with an emphasis given to the situation in Kosovo. They announced a Croatian-Turkish economic forum in early June in Istanbul.
Mesic and Bosnia's Radmanovic agreed that their countries had not used opportunities for their joint ventures on third markets.
Montenegro's Vujanovic said that his country had excellent political relations with Croatia and congratulated Zagreb on its recent entry into NATO.
Mesic said that Croatia would help Montenegro to achieve goals regarding its Euro-Atlantic aspirations.
