ZAGREB, June 12 (Hina) - Croatia's Prime Minister Ivo Sanader has said that the implementation of an agreement which government officials and protesting farmers reached on Thursday does not require a new revision of the state budget, and that funds will be ensured through the re-allocation of items in the finance and agriculture ministries.

"For this agreement we will have to reconsider all items (in the said ministries) and find funds," Sanader said on Friday at a news conference he held together with his guest, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico.

Sanader ruled out the budget revision for this purpose.

Yesterday, Deputy Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor and Damir Polancec agreed with protest leaders on minimum milk price of HRK 2.20 per litre, on talks with the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development and commercial banks about rescheduling farmers' loans and on some other demands.

Asked by reporters why Agriculture Minister Bozidar Pankretic did not attend yesterday's negotiations with farmers, Sanader said that "being a good host, he was with European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, Mariann Fischer Boel, all the day".
