Addressing a news conference in the seaport of Rijeka, Linic accused the government of having turned down all proposals made by the SDP for the country's economic recovery.
He said that the SDP recovery plan was based on job protection and on "shifting the burden from the labour force to the capital and property".
Jovanovic said the government's refusal to honour collective agreements was "the proof of its mendacity and lack of credibility".
They deluded workers and trade unions before the elections in order to win their votes and then signed collective agreements with them, Jovanovic said, accusing the government of now trying to deprive workers of their acquired rights.
The government's plan to amend the Labour Act was already greeted with strong disapproval from trade unions.
