ZAGREB, Feb 5 (Hina) - The minister for family, youth affairs and social welfare, Nada Murganic, said on Tuesday that currently 1,700 disabled citizens used the services of personal assistants and that these services were essential, which was why the government would make sure that they were provided to all those who need them.
