ZAGREB, Dec 5 (Hina) - Representatives of the most influential Western states, Russia and Turkey, which make up the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) Steering Board, called on politicians in Bosnia and Herzegovina on Wednesday to form the new authorities based on the results of October's general elections as soon as possible and start implementing the reforms expected of them.
