ZAGREB, Dec 5 (Hina) - The chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik, on Wednesday caused a new diplomatic scandal when he walked out of a meeting with officials of Peace Implementation Council Steering Board member states because, as he said, he would not participate in a meeting where the flag of the Bosnian Serb entity was not displayed.
