ZAGREB, Nov 6 (Hina) - The international community's High Representative to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Valentin Inzko, told the United Nations Security Council on Tuesday that Zeljko Komsic had been elected the Croat member of the country's tripartite presidency under the same rules that applied in the previous elections, noting that his election was disputed by officials from the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) party of Bosnia and Herzegovina and from Croatia.
