ZAGREB, Nov 19 (Hina) - A new parliament of the Bosnian Serb entity of Republika Srpska (RS) was constituted in line with the results of the October 7 general election at a session in Banja Luka on Monday, and Nedjeljko Cubrilovic was re-elected its speaker, but the event was overshadowed by Milorad Dodik's decision to take an oath in the entity parliament as the newly-elected Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina even before taking up office.
