ZAGREB, Dec 13 (Hina) - The Prosecution on Wednesday called on the Appeals Chamber of the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT) to quash the acquittal of Serbian Radical Party president Vojislav Seselj due to major omissions by the trial chamber which, despite vast evidence, made the "stunning finding" that there had been no widespread systematic attack against non-Serbs in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), no joint criminal enterprise (JCE) and no responsibility on Seselj's part for persecution, murder and other war crimes in Croatia and BiH and against Croats in Vojvodina, Serbia.
