ZAGREB, Nov 28 (Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, a United Nations court of law dealing with war crimes that took place during the conflicts in the area of the former Yugoslavia in the 1990s, will formally conclude its operations on Wednesday, with the pronouncement of a final verdict made by the Appeals Chamber in the Prlic at al case of the six wartime Bosnia and Herzegovina Croat leaders.
