ZAGREB, December 2, 2017 (Hina) - The Hague tribunal is not a political institution and it did not try nations but those responsible for grave war crimes and violations of the Geneva Convention, the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Serge Brammertz, said in an interview with the Ljubljana-based Delo daily which hit the newsstands on Saturday.
