The 39th edition of the international book and teaching appliances fair with over 300 exhibitors puts an emphasis on the book.
Numerous new titles, book presentations, Croatian and foreign star authors, interviews with authors with book signings, meetings of publishers, booksellers and librarians, literary workshops and panel discussions are being prepared for the event, taking place at the premises of the Zagreb Fair (ZV).
The promotion of the People's Republic of China will be part of the programme. The Beijing Fair organises a presentation of the Chinese literature and the writer Xu Zechen.
Likewise, Serbia's chamber of commerce and relevant ministry will organise the promotion of works published by 18 Serbian publishers.
